Biography
The Itch Band formed roughly 5 years ago after Greg Messina was encouraged his father, an Atlantic Records recording artist, to form a band. He met up with Scott Borbley (guitar)and Jeff Mundy (bass). Together they formed The Itch Band. Known as successful professionals around the city of Manhattan, they soon became known for their musical abilities. Joe Amorosi (drums) and Mike Pisani (guitar and vocals)are the most recent members. All five hailing from central NJ, they thought it only natural that they should relocate to their hometown, the Jersey Shore. Look for The Itch Band at your favorite watering hole soon!

The Itch Band is a cover band that plays all of your favorite music from the soul, RnB and dance sound of the 70's, 80's staples, 90's alt rock gems, and today's top 40's. The Itch Band has been playing bars, clubs, lounges, and corporate events throughout Manhattan and now seeks to bring their musical entertainment to the Jersey Shore. The Itch Band has been described as diverse, tight sounding, and professional. Always entertaining, The Itch Band is comprised of five talented individuals who know their instruments and know how to put on a show.
